Message All Participants

Steps: Site pages > Participants > Show all users > Select all > Send a message

Users can message each other, and instructors can send messages to all members of their courses. Only the administrator can send a message to all site participants.

  1. From the Navigation block, select Site Pages and Participants.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Participants page, and select the Show all users link.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the full site participant list and select Select all.
  4. From the With selected users list, select Send a message.
  5. Type the Message.
  6. Select Preview.
  7. To make changes to the message, select Update. Otherwise, select Send message.
