View Reports Permissions
Steps: Administration > Site administration > Users > Permissions > Capability Overview
- From Site administration block select Users.
- Select Permissions and Capability Overview.
- Search for block/reports as the Capability.
- Select Get Overview to determine who can view the reports.
- To update any user roles, select the role name to edit the role’s viewing permissions.
Default report settings
Here are the default settings for reports:
- Manager – Allow
- Course Creator – Not Set
- Teacher – Allow
- Non-Editing Teacher – Allow
- Student – Not Set
- Guest – Not Set
- Authenticated User – Not Set
